Part 2 I present 5 additional tips and tricks to living a healthier lifestyle. Thank you & God Bless! The 5 Hacks detailed in part 2 include: 1. Performing some form of brief, early morning physical activity/ exercise. 2. If safe, parking further away from target destination to increase number of steps (for example parking lot of the grocery store). 3. Avoiding the use of screens during meal times. Examples of screen devices include TV, tablet, computer, smartphone, etc. 4. Consuming breakfast daily. 5.
